We welcome new members and guests. Perhaps you might like to come as a visitor for a lecture or two before you join.  The Guest Fee is £8.00 payable at the welcome desk by card or cash.

The annual subscription is £52 per person with a half year of £26 fee from April.

If you apply for membership in February or March you can attend the lectures in these two months for an £8 guest fee per month whilst waiting to join in April.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Please complete a full year or half year  MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM together with a GIFT AID DECLARATION FORM [if applicable] which can be downloaded from the DOCUMENTS SECTION of this website.

2. Email both, saved as a PDFs,  to the Membership Secretary [email address below] OR hand them to one of the co-membership secretaries who can be found by the Welcome Desk before the lectures.

Paper copies of Membership Application forms and Gift Aid Declaration forms can be picked up from the welcome desk at each meeting if you are not able to download them. 

Our Programme Card, gives details of lectures and visits planned is available on the  welcome desk  at the start of each meeting. Please look through this website for full details and up to date news.

Doors at the King's Church open from 7pm on the first Thursday of the month with free coffee, tea and biscuits served from 7.00– 7.40pm giving an opportunity for members to mingle and look at the displays before the lecture, which starts at 8pm. The King’s Church has its own parking area accommodating 100 cars. In addition further parking is available on the industrial estate across the road.

Apart from attending the Amersham lectures and visits you will be invited to join in with any additional events organized by our area team [The Chiltern Hills Area]

Arts Society members receive a magazine three times a year and are offered various discounts and opportunities negotiated by the national office. Across the country members have exclusive access to a new website www.connection.theartssociety.org where you can connect with other Arts Society members, receive regular features and sign up to a monthly e-bulletin.
